About The Book

In today's global economy, no one is safe due to the relentless march of outsourcing and automation.

Survival in the knowledge economy depends on treating knowledge itself in a new way. To do so, one must consider what knowledge truly is, analyze case studies of successful knowledge exploiters, and establish a framework for acquiring and using knowledge in the real world.

Soft Control is a roadmap toward the above goals. It examines the connections between data science, intelligence, and social power to reveal how societal elites use knowledge to cement their status and how you can do the same.
